By giving him more money when is obviously milking, maybe you can test next season in 2030 of course I can give him some hints as a game dev to make things go faster: Stop wasting time for 4k, 60 fps, remastering, and different languages that nobody cares.
Focus on poses and animation thats it. total 1 minute of character animation with different movements can be done in two weeks, if you are lazy a month. 1 minute is not short, when you consider all repetitive moves and cycle you can make it much more. even if you have a day job, 3 hours a day is enough.

just the opposite, Americans usually want everythng in high quality 4k 60 fps etc etc. And since this is a porn game, priority is always for new scenes and contents. Ask anyone with a choice that do you want new scenes for Jennifer or 4k remaster/language option ? 9 out of 10 will choose new scenes and contents.
Wasting time on "4k" ?
The dev thinks the characters and especially MC deserves to be in Full HD (1080p). Prove him wrong...
In fact I do not care about that (and I can join you on that, a lower resolution would also do the job for me) because I do not think most of the time of development is used to make renders in such resolution... See below...

What about the story to develop ? The storyboard to be able to choose the plans and views to set up the pace and make the story understandable and flow well ? the animations that imply the number of render pics to make at least 20 times greater and must be tweaked well to have the loops be as smooth as possible ?
Or you tell me you do all that in a snap of fingers ??
I discussed with devs from here : the time for renders depends on the complexity of the scene to render AND the hardware to use (most of them use TWO GPU among the most powerful (Nvidia 4090) and even with that monster hardware, it takes a few minutes per render
You speak only about time to render BUT you forget to speak ALL the work that has to be done BEFORE that for EACH of them !!

milking is not special for this game. All games in this site start with good pace after some time dev becomes lazy / lose interest etc because money is keep coming why should he invest too much time ?
about language, come on man, in this era someone needs to be so stupid not to understand anything. This is a porn game, how many other game spends time for translation ? It is not Witcher story, how hard you should need translation ?
I don't know single German, but I can watch German porn movies perfectly and I understand the story/plot just fine
for render and animation and 4k, You don't need that high quality, it is not needed. if it is watchable than it is good. If you don't make so high quality renders, it will take less. Ask yourself. What people want ? 250 renders with 4k or 1000 renders with full hd or 2000 renders with hd ?
This is a porn game, everybody wants to see more scenes, more contents more hot stuff, so quantity > quality in this case.
about animation: animations are mostly repetitive scenes. Think about 5 mins walking anim for a character, do you need to make her walk for 5 mins ? no, you just make 3 4 sec walking cycle and loop it for 5 mins. Your work is for that 4 secs.
ok sex scenes are more complex because 2 model interact with each other and you need to make it they are actually holding each other. But again, watch the sex scenes in the game, they are very short anims just looped for longer.
and good thing is you have already a rigged character, there are lots of animations you can retarget your character. There are other games too so you can take their anims and use for yours.
I'm not saying it's not hard, I'm saying it's not hard enough to take half a year. You are not making Short film or some Pixar scene come on.
watch this, he is creating models from scratch and takes 18 days. Even if you need to learn Blender from ground zero, you can do it in 3 months maybe short if you invest enough time in it.

Do you all remember GGGB ? Graphic was very, very basic, but story was so hot and complexed that at the end thousand of players played the game.

From what I guessed, he must especially improve in project management... He is good at the coding part (very few bugs and often none) but his animations has to improve and I think he wastes too much energy trying to do his best (too perfectionist)...

The difference between us (you and me) is I respect the dev's decisions !!
He says to be alone making this game and then he is tech lead on HIS project.
Despite I do NOT agree with his decisions about languages and remastering, they are not bullshit !!
He posted about that last year before starting working on it, no subscriber can say he/she has been fooled ! If I had come to the conclusion such work would take too much time for my taste (I am alone to decide on that matter !!), I would have left subscription to come back later at the beginning of the dev of season 2

It also depends on tools you use and how you know them...The guy on your video uses Blender, I do not think the Renpy/DAZ engine to be that powerful from what I saw here and there in games...
You seems to think devs here are all veteran developers...
Go back on Earth, some devs from this forum (not this one) are total beginners in development (some are even still students)...
Look at the developer's notes of that page posted today...
