KinneyX23 post some time ago that they still work on the game, but only when they have the time and the motivation to do it.
So, it's at a slow pace.
But as far as i know, they haven't abandoned it.

It hasn't had an update for 4 years.
Dev can claim to be working on it but even if he was the game will never see completion at that speed.
If it's not dead then it's suffered a fatal crash and in a coma, barely kept alive by machines. Won't be long until the plugs pulled.

Thanks for the reminder. I was a subscriber but it was attached to an old card so no payment has been going through. Just fixed that.

That can always be plausible if the devs keeps communicating with their followers and letting them know what's up, but it's been total silence from the dev's side. I don't doubt she initially had all the intentions to continue, but things change. This is one of those games where I think it's safe to say it's abandoned for good.
