i've camped the hotel for days and didnt see the cook opening any quest for the other ticket

i restarted the game, and one of the cook shows quest mark on night time in the kitchen. He asks for a steamed rockfish in exchange for the ticket

Although it says version 1.3.2, I think it might be a patch before the bugfix, because I had some problems with it.
If someone can't stand it, try it, but it might be worth waiting a little longer.
