How come Skyrim is still the best porn game out there?

Skill is not the point here. If you Mod Skyrim for Years you just know your shit about the Engine. Skyrim is really easy to mod, you dont need any programming knowledge (unless you make some complex SKSE stuff) and can easily use lots of pre-made 3D Assets from other Games.
The main reason why Skyrim is still so great is that its the most open Game. A Game like New Vegas or CP77 would be way better because the porn would make more sense in there, but FNV uses a very outdated Engine that really limits what Modders can do and CP77 just does not offer any Modkit that lets people do more than a few Texture-Edits.

Your best bet for modding Skyrim is over at Loverslab. I don't know if anyone ever created a "mod pack" but there are tutorials to get Skyrim set up with some adult mods depending on who made the tutorial. The adult modding scene for Skyrim/Oblivion/Fallout has always been a big mess with lots of buggy mods, conflicting mods, abandoned/unfinished mods, and outdated information so good luck.
The fact that Skyrim is the best 3d action-adventure porn game around makes me think that it's actually a really hard problem to solve. Like there's something fundamentally hard about making a game with good gameplay and good porn.
All the people who are capable of pulling it off are making games that are actually profitable.

Hi, what is the best combination of mods to get the best experience, i test a lot of configs long time ago and i would get a fresh rework. Could you list your builds and also for VR if you have.
There is no one best combination, each human being have different type of fetish that he/she is into, however what you aim to is having following: a your type skin texture and physics enabled genital organ for humans (creatures if into that...), a framework to let any sexual scence work (sexlab + sexlab animation loeader along with few selected animation/ZAZ), and a mod to handle defeat (sexlab defeat)/enslavement (PAH)/imprisonment/prostitution/random sex lastly +/- a mod that integrate skyrim lore with sex (i.e. sexual adventure mod).
However what I would recommend is (as I have all 3 Skyrim [Legendary, Special Edition, and VR] and moded them all using portable mod organizer 1 and 2):
- For Skyrim VR = Play as a male character trying to make your own harem or best "waifu" experience in VR.
- For Skyrim Legednry Edition and Special Edition = Playing as a female character in distress/in lead (sub or dom...) can be a nice approach.
- In general Skyrim VR have less control over how you want to set your sex scene (mainly camera wise and control wise...).
- For Legendary edition the Vagina/But Module/mesh and physics (Cosio) is not as perfect as the Special Edition one (3BBB), so if you are more into immersive sex physics Special edition is better approach and less CTD (as HDT and SMP and CBPC specially don't work fully in LE compared to SE/VR/AE).

- Legendary Edition offer more lore or content as loverlab have way many mods for it (also in theory you can port any legendary edition mods into Special edition using a cathedral Asset optimizer...).
- Tip: It is best to add Skyrim into your secondary hard disk and directly on the drive main folder without any sub folder... so for example D:/Skyrim/Mod Organizer LE + D:/Skyrim/Mod Organizer SEE + D:/Skyrim/Mod Organizer VR and D:/Skyrim/LE + D:/Skryim/VR + D:/Skryim/SSE and any tool you use you fixate it name well (Body slide/FNISS etc... as if you change the name those tool need to be remapped... this make it very easy to copy and repaste skyrim if you formated/reseted your your harddisk/window and reinstallted everything... And most importantly name your mod very well !! to be organized is key here.

i think it's also about the young gamers or people that haven't know much about porn games.
Skyrim has the most general audience because of its fantasy genre, who doesn't like dragons? at least a 12 year old enjoy playing it. Imagine you who haven't know anything about Kasumi Rebirth, meet 'n fuck games, Dating my daughter or any questionable games that you've wank'd... stumbled upon sexy skyrim mods, you're gonna get addicted. Hence the support and popularity.

If you ask me, Fallout 4 is just as good. At least you can build your own house, put your wifus there even put them to work and spawn legions of monsters around the city to shoot them with turrets.

That is the gist of it, but there are TONS of mods to pick and choose from, anything you could want. It's just that you only see the extremes IMHO.
I prefer the goofy mods like Nipple Magic combined with Mana Jugs. As your mana decreases your charactgers tits shrink and you can fire your magic from your toon's tits. Also there's an option for male characters to fire magic from their dicks.
My skyrim is mostly modded for better looking characters, there are metric crap tons of mods that just make characters better looking and shaplier with little to no porn stuff other than maybe bouncin' boobs.
You can make the game any way you want, from hard core FBI knockin' at your door cause you're raping a dragon, to just bouncin' boobs and schlongs that get hard/soft based on what your character is looking at. Lovers Lab has a lot, but but Nexus is still the go to for fully functional and clean mods. And no, you don't have to pay for a sub to download. Unless that's very recently changed.

To put it very simple, skyrim is like the "Minecraft" of sexual content... You only build it ouside the actual game... (i.e. spend hours downloading and trouble shooting moding to get the best experience keeping in mind 254 mod limit number (esp hard limit)... and here can be tricky... there is always a more best experiance so more more and more searching and more time spent moding the game than playing... Once you trick your self that you have done your perfect world that fit your sexual fetishes/wants... then you start playing regular human stuff... (And there is no limit on regular "human stuff" i.e. all type even gore/amputee/gangbang (max of 5 character sex per scence but can do call function or skill to make it all map on you/him/her in 5 character per scene approach)/cannibalistic/all ages/aliens/necro/creatures etc..., you even can make a family and if you die your son/daughter carry your game (play as him/her)).
However at the end of day, you might end up playing a regular h-game (RPG maker) over skyrim for the simple reason that it load faster... or easy to lunch and get into action quickly...

i agree and it's great just a fckin ass to mod it, especially animation/FNIS stuff, everytime i installed new animation i have to run fnis and copy the meshes unlike Fallout 4 that doesn't need that
