It's because of the Walkthrough mod your using, it has nothing to do with the actual game.

Given the nature of the story, certain characters may be subject to NTR paths. However, there won't be any heavy NTR towards the main characters.

Mom, sis and childhood friend can all be NTRed so imma not sure whats the diff between ntr and heavy ntr means...

Didn't play very far though, it seems like MC is mainly to cockblock the antagonists while getting no scenes himself?

edit: played further and it seems there is unavoidable ntr from the teacher with the principal... though at this point, it might not be considered that if there is only one LI (childhood friend) lol

hi, the game is cool, but in general, what else is missing from this game, and so in the gallery you need to divide the pictures into NTR and the hero himself, otherwise the pictures are all in one
