guys how to change the text speed its waaay to slow for me and the options is all in jap. please help

Main Menu -> Config -> Second Tab from left -> Top right slider with the Test button below it. -> right is instant, left is slow

The text gets cut when a phrase is too long, is there a possibility to fix it. The settings page is in japanese despite replacing the script files so I have no idea if I can do it through there.

I'm having an issue where after I install the game, it crashes on launch with this message in Japanese. I am using locale emulator and I'm pretty sure I've installed the game correctly. Can anyone help?

That message is "CG Pack file could not be loaded" according to Google image translator, so I'm guessing there's an issue with the filenames or the folder name.
