You misunderstood him. After winning the poker go back to the bar the next night and retry those options again.
I forgot to say i played poker three times, and tried all options every time...
But dont worry, ill restart game and try It again

You might want to consider searching the thread for your answer. Always remember that your phone is your friend. See that little icon in your lower left screen that indicates your phone? Now on the phone's main screen there is an app for showing your interactions and progress with each girl. Bring up Ivy and under scenes you'll find a placeholder for 'Breast Bump with Ivy and Sex with Her'. Look, it has a hint that says 'Blue Pill and Skimpy Bikini'. That should be clear enough.
How to achieve the "Breast Bump with Ivy has been posted numerous times already.
