I was messing around with the preferences and at some point the game stopped generating characters when I clicked new game. Now I rebooted the game and it worked fine, so I can't get a screenshot lol. But you might wanna look into that.

Thanks I'll see if I can recreate it and create a patch. However I have been working on getting better looking hair for the patreon version and that required me to migrate to unreal 5.2. Being new at this I am unsure I can patch with a new engine version and I suspect I would be better off just creating a whole new release. The engineer in me doesn't like to see things broken so I will fix it.

So far I havn't been able to recreate this. Can you provide the steps you did before you hit this issue? Also can you tell me what hardware you are using. I have been testing this on my ancient core2 duo laptop and havn't seen the issue.

Hi! I've tried this out; it appears after the starting room is rendered, but before finishing rendering character models, that I'm getting the same "LowLevelFatalError" that was mentioned on the first couple pages of the thread. It looked like the suspected issue per the thread was not having DX12, but I do have DX12. (I do also have an relatively old computer though) If there is any other info that might help for troubleshooting then I can try to provide it. I really have no idea any more what's relevant information though.

When I tried with 16 crew members, at least a couple rendered before the error; when I tried with 5, I didn't see any render before the error.

It seems odd to me the error is referencing D: but my D: is just a backup image of my C: and the game is installed in C:.

The description don't say much of what all there is to do in this game so I am guessing it's a romper room/sandbox of just sex only and not much else to do and If I am correct then this just sex can get boring fast if there is nothing else we can do in this.

The answer? More segs. Either we didnt have much to play with, or you hadnt really done much with the medium. I mean, its either more of that, or we have ourselves another 2 years worth of waiting just for the drafts/early concepts for combat mechanics, world building, physics & inventory play, but no segs.
Pick your poison, i guess. Or stick with Steam for selections instead

I decided not to continue releasing this for various reasons. I started creating this game because it was something I wanted to see. And I enjoyed creating it until I released it. Eventually as my life stabilizes a bit I will pick it up again. I will likely keep it as a hobby. The bad reviews are discouraging. I'll just chalk this up as a learning experience.

Your project is very good and whatever happens I hope it works out well. We all get a bad wrap for something not everyone will like things that we do. But I hope you are doing well and focusing on yourself is very important.

Damn that's sad to see. The only way any of us learn is by at least trying and doing. I would encourage you to keep plugging away at it whether this becomes the greatest porn game ever made or not you'll still learn and become better at something you enjoy.

It was/is a good learning experience. I plan to keep working on it in my spare time I just wanted to see if it was worth releasing. Nothing but bad reviews gave me my answer.

I almost left this alone. But I'm sure you looked at the help menu and looked at all the preview pictures and video I posted here on the first page? You can literally be any character in the game then release that character and play as another. The camera is the default. You can also use the character menu in the top right corner to take over a character. I can see I made the mistake of trying to make sure there was plenty of sex to be had while I worked on levels/planets/ships/game mechanics etc.

Working on it in my spare time while on vacation. Performance is much better in unreal 5.3.2 seeing fps 40-50 on my dev box. Been updating strand hair and pubes.

Is there a lighting control somewhere I'm not seeing because while I can see all the options its hard to even work in the customizer or around the ship with everything getting washed out with the harsh white lighting. As is I would call it unplayable just due to that alone.
