Some of the animations runs smooth, some dont becouse there are to few images in the animations like the ones for worship (click on the chair).. there are a small delay after the events that feels like lag becouse the clicks for continue are ignored but that is just a minor thing and might not be something that can be fixed and is a problem with the new game engine.. might also have been a 32bit version of the game and those run slower on a 64bit system.. dont know why people still use 32bit but thats for an other thread or forum lol

Might be the same amount of images in the animations but the placement of some of them within the loop are wrong and makes it look very jumpy..(to much space between the images becouse of the low number of images to work with) was the same in the asylum though but it would be nice if that was fixed as they are a huge part of the game :D

Well ICSTOR works alone as well but compare the two
I have asked this in this other thread, but I will ask again...what is wrong with you?

You know that what you say is bs, because you know everything this dev has done in these 6 months. Like releasing a big new episode of captured by dark elves or finishing the asylum? You are all over his threads, you're always demanding his stuff first, and you are always the first one to say how disappointed you are because it has not enough content.

Do you have any clue about gamemaking and how much time it takes? You talk shit about why the graphic style changed but overall you have no idea, because after all this hate-stalk of darktoz you couldn't even pledge 2 bucks his way and read the devlog.

I wish you a merry christmas and a happy new year. It seems like you are not getting much love :(

Fullscreen is love, Fullscreen is life :)
Can i ask what is your problem? I am stating my opinion, that's all.

Well, as a former supporter I have to say I didn't like the new art style either. But if its what the majority wants it then so be it. Maybe it can get better with the right lighting. I dont know.. But some things like the skulls on Jazz's belt are just too childish for me. If this is where the game goes then its not for me any more.

I also think that a lot of people think that with that many supporters there will be more content but as far as I know he is still working alone and has a regular job. So what he can put out is still pretty much the same. And finding and hiring a team doesnt happen over night and quitting your regular job is also a huge risk. The support can change from one day to the next. I understand that.

Nonetheless the fact that old demo could not be extended feels at least a bit like false advertising to me.
As some others pointed out, all you get after 6 month is another demo with less content and art-style that does not suit your taste.

Because of the different projects there are serve several different fan bases now. This is a problem when the time is limited. Because trying to server everyone does never work well. The new game wants to fit in a bit of the Captured by Dark Elfs art-style, which doesnt mix with the sci-fi vibe of femdom-city. The new game is trying to be too much of everything.

I hope this is constructive criticism. There is so much potential. I hope he can manage to make a living out of this some day.

You are making your opinion sound like they are facts.

My problem is that you make up stuff out of nowhere. Right in your post you are comparing him to Icstor, saying the two are similar. That is not the case, like UncleVT pointed out. This dev works part time and alone. Icstor works full time with a team and it's fair to say that Icstor is making a whole lot more money. It makes no sense comparing them. But you just had to pull another statement out of your ass, don't you?

You say "Wow, 6 months and all we get is another demo". But you know best that he released a large episode of captured by dark elves at that time and finished his other game, the asylum. And that is good, because no one wanted him to work at 3 games at the same time. You say he changed the graphic graphic style because he likes to make weird decisions. It turns out like Futadomlover said that he even made a poll about wether the graphic style should change or not, so he let his audience decide.

You have clearly no clue about what it takes to make a game, but you are all over this dev, talking like you could do it better.

Please, be our guest. Would love to see a game from someone like you. Fill it with as much content as this current demo. Shouldn't take you too long since a single developer can do miracles in one month according to you.

This is a forum where people can express their opinions whatever they are. My opinion is that changing the art style was a stupid move on his part and the lack of content in the last 2 updates is apparent, so don't sugar coat it.

It looks like you haven't even read my response.

You remind me of a flat earther who talks to a scientist and then gets confused once the scientist actually listens to the nonsense and slams his argument. "Hey bro, it's cool, chill. I'm just having an opinion."

He released the finished version of the asylum on november 12th. and he released femdom city on december 16th. It has about the same size as the first demo, maybe a bit smaller.

So what am I sugar coating here? What did you expect?!

The fact that you have to state that after every post should make you think.

I agree with the others, dejan. You're making a fool out of yourself, and it's not the first time.

In my opinion, the update is not weak. It has the same content as the first version. The GUI is better, little things like the energy bars and the telltale style is something I quite like. I like the new art style, but that's mostly because I love his other game, captured by dark elves. I can't wait to see it getting filled with content. Like already pointed out, it gets a little annoying that you sometimes have to click twice because the hitbox of the buttons don't always react.

You sound very young and immature. Maybe, if you are not up for Gamemakings challenge, you should take a look around at other indie game developers and their release schedule. Take a look at one of my other favourite games: Futadom World. I love it, but there are 4 people working on it and it gets updated every 3-4 months with a single story line and 4-6 scenes.

You should read the comments more carefully then... most of the people thought otherwise.
I don't know what you're reading, but most other people seem to think what he thinks from what I'm reading. Your comment just seems like it reads of someone whom has developed their own unintended interpretation and belittles others for lack of reading when you seem to be doing the exact same thing. Pretty standard self-righteous behavior that some people seem to develop when they think their opinions matter more than others (even when some of those opinions might be ill or misinformed).

Either way the forum rules denote treat others with fairness/respect regardless of their opinions and whom really cares about a difference in opinion with petty squabbling over erotic games. I'll chalk this up as my own poor first impression of you (no on else's) and hope to see posts from you that give positive contributions to open/fair discussion over the content here in the future.

Now with that out of the way whom here can give a fair unbiased opinion on this game's latest launches? I enjoyed the original demo of this game, but am debating if it is worth reinvesting myself into the current one. The new art style doesn't bother me that much so I think I'd probably still enjoy it.

Let us be real here. The art style and the GUI is the only thing that has changed. The game and its mechanics are still the same. You get money for doing 'slave duties'. It got about the same content as the first demo.

The reason why poor dejan is so upset is because he thought he would get more than just 10 days. He tries to make everyone believe that darktoz had 6 months time for a big update instead of just one. Or that he had icstors resources. For whatever reason.

So it depends on what you are looking for. It does not have more content than the old demo, but it is completely new, none of the old scenes or dialogue have been recycled. It continues right after where the old demo left off.

When you say none of the old stuff (scenes, dialogue, etc...) was recycled are you meaning the scenes were reworked/new in a way or is it just new for the sake of art style kind of deal?

I didn't expect the premise itself to change nor for there to be a ton of new stuff because he radically changed the engine/art style and has probably only put a month at best of work into it. Just trying to decide whether to play it now for what is there or give it more time. It seems like there isn't much different yet to experience (exception of art/engine) so maybe I should give it a bit more time into the new year.

These are new scenes, but still the same workplaces. You still work at the Underpass as a bootlicker for example, but you got new scenes. You can unlock one additional job by giving 100$ to the biker girl.

I don't know. Normally I would say "Of course, go for it." But I'm used to updates of Futadom World, so this got a whole lot of new scenes for me to look at and I'm happy. But it looks like expectations on porn game updates have risen :D.

If you think the first demo had enough content to download and play, then go for it. If you expect something different or more than the last demo, stay away :)

I do like Futadom World myself. I was a tad disappointed in the last update for it because I was looking forward to the Rye update, but they only released half of it in two pieces (the first was without animations). Still a game I keep my eye on though and I want to see the Rye update out.

I try to temper my expectations with what is reasonable and since he just got back on the horse working on this game where he made significant changes to the engine I wasn't expecting much this release. I can recognize expectations are a bit higher these days, but I have a lot of patience to wait the necessary time needed to produce it so long as the end result is a quality game.

I'll give it a bit more time and see where it goes before I dig back into it. I'm always lurking here... :sneaky:

True. For me it was so disappointing because of the animations were missing :( (and still are). I mean, it's all about these scenes and animations. Static images don't do it for me, I need me some movement of that Rye cock :D
