The game explains how the items work, but they don't outright increase the girls stats, that wouldn't make much sense. they increase the rate at which you can corrupt or romance them, so let's say you do something nice for sarah, her love level won't go up by 1, it'll go up by 2 instead. the more scrolls you buy the greater the increase.

I love this game but my biggest issue has to be the artist. Like honestly what is that dick in the OP supposed to be exactly? The rest of the art is fine but the person cant draw a dick to save their life.
