So, the first chapter is the prologue and how the MC gets to know two girls, the shy lovely one and the crazy sexy one, who obvs fall both for him hard, then things happen and he has to leave for a looong while. So the first chapter is basically just pre-story which most such games would just skip.
The writing is so-so but overall decent, the renders are good and the animations surprisingly well done and fluid.
The MC talking to us / breaking the 4th wall gets old quick and is a bit dragging, the overall tone suggests that the game will likely not shy away from harder content and it does a head start with some heavy drama - but the leading motif of both girls is/was true love and romance (or whatever passes for it in a porn game anyway), so it's a somewhat classical 'through the darkness into the shady red light' story..
