Crashing Update -- Still Releasing Today!
Hey guys. I'll keep this brief to save time.
Yikes, I know. I've built about 20 different distributions trying to fix the naming variable bug, the Custom Edition bug was found and fixed already. It's still crashing, but this is getting ridiculous. If I can't figure it out before tonight, I'll start dissecting large parts of the game and release what parts of Act I - Part V aren't broken.
I was up all through yesterday and this morning, squeezing in three hours of sleep so I don't die this afternoon. I know this whole routine is exhausting, but please hang in there for a little longer. I'll post a screenshot of the MEGA upload once things are sold; depending on whether or not you believe me at this point, it should come out today.

By now I feel sorry for this guy. He seems to be really excited about making the game, but he doesn't have a full grasp on how to do it. He needs to stop trying to make monthly updates. There's little new content each month, and he always breaks his own deadlines. Yet he won't because his patrons would probably drop like a rock.

Well he should scrap the monthly deadline and change to progress bar status (like summertime saga).
Don't talk about releasing date until it is fully playable (bug sorted).

You know that it's not me who arguing about that. I know exact writing level of these games, and level of eroge. I read them even more than patreon ones. It's not even about writing. This talk is more about quality of renders, and how much adult content are delivered in each update. Plus, drama of course. I totally agree with your suggestions.

Maybe some game devs in this genre should just look for some solid story on the internet, and then just adapt it to a game and put scenes to it. A lot of erotica out there.

Is it even really legal? He can of course take inspiration from them, like fun scenario, or some exact scene. But not whole story. And many of them already doing that, but not from good sources sadly. They naturally just copy each other fetishes, not even trying. It's fairly easy to find some original cool stuff in japanese vn's.
