Gumdrop is clearly not asian. for 10k a month, an asian dev would be working 10 hours per day on this game to pull out consistent updates.

he's too lazy, I'm pretty sure there are days when he does not work at all...

Additionally, I took a look at a few of the fast segs again; I should be able to crank out almost two the first week once I destroy S_Sun, the final slow segment. Almost there!"

Ok, so let's break this down. The last slow segment: S_Sun should be "nearly complete" by this weekend. That means it probably won't be finished until mid-week, or the next weekend. Worst case scenario, that puts us at Gumdrop starting the "fast" segments by the 20th of July. So from the 20th... he should be close to completing 2 "fast" segments by the 27th of July. Let's say for simplicity sake that he's finished 2 "fast" segments by the end of July... that still leaves 8 fast segments at the start of August. We don't know how big these "fast" segments are, but if it takes him 1 week to completed "almost two"... then needless to say, this update could very well come out Mid-Late August.

That's insane.

He wrote somewhere that as soon as he finish slow segment, "fast" segments will be very, very fast

What is even more insane, gumdrop boasted more than once about his new render-focused hardware and how it would make it all faster. "Surprisingly" his update schedule became even slower(!), but considering gumdrop lied into our faces before, there is a reason i put surprisingly at the sentence start into goose feet.
The biggest joke in this farce is that there are developers out there, who render their stuff on a single, non-specialised comp, with comparable quality and number of render pics - and surprise, these developers update more often.

But then again, as I stated before, I am rather sure that Part 10 is already finished and gumdrops simply tests out, how long he can stretch the interval until the patrons finally get grumpy.
