So it let you leave that prison area? Even after killing the boss I'm stuck I've tried several saves and I've redownloaded it twice and it still won't work.

Yup, just walked on out of there. No idea what could be the problem, I did visit all the rooms just to make sure I didn't miss anything but I doubt that does anything.
I was using a save updated from the previous version if that makes a difference. Got to the new halls and stopped for now, seems like the new area has the same number of weak clones as the other areas, at least in the halls.
I have the same issue with old saves and didn't want to do all the game again last night, I don't know why do we have this issue...

Hi there. Well I have the same problem. I can't get away from the prison after killing the boss (it's the 4 clones, right ?). I tried to start a new game, but I have an error in early location too, so I'm kinda stuck. On their patreon, do they speak about a new hotfix for that ?

I start a new game
After killing the "boss" in a prison ( 4 clones ) you get a high security pass.
I leave the prison and i go right to the airlock use the high security pass to unlock it

It might depend on the conversion, I used a previous save and was able to kill the boss and get the security card to get to the new prison.

You can use this one....it's in the new area after the Boss fight.
I did search for the way to the wasp room but i didn't find any post so i had an extensive search and even killed almost everything thinking it could be dropped but no ... Sure there is the pc to see the scene but it's not the same~
Anyways starting from the prison entry you go right and enter the zone. From there you can go down in the room with a console asking a specialised card to open the breeding wasp room, going up or going right. Well you go right all the way until you are forced to go up 'cause the path go up and then you will see the path either go left or keep going straight up, you keep going up, it's a dead end but with a room at the end, when entering the room the path is "blocked" by 3 box but they are movable and form a mini puzzle.
I did pass by that path 3-4 times but somehow i was always going left or going down (if i was coming from the left way) i always thought the way up was to go to the boss room.

I solved puzzle with boxes:1st-move right box up 2nd-move left box up 3rd-move middle box to the right.

Where do you go? I currently am at the big door that I can't get through and I can disable the safety protocols of the white door to get the tentacle bad end. I'm playing currently as the liger demon hunter, so you know I'm past a certain stage of doing things.
EDIT: 2/28/2018 11:10PM Okay, found a console I hadn't touched. It was one of the doors that is on the bottom of the screen so it's harder to spot. As it's just a shadowed dip in the wall. Also, I really like that the enemies are color coated for difficulty now.
