By the way, Deadpool DP, consider not using PNG as final image format - modern compressible containers (or even the good 'ol JPG) produce virtually the same image quality, while having a massively reduced size:

Plus, you don't need a 300+ MB credits movie. You can either:
- make "regular" slides with fancy transitions (save up a lot of space, plus they are much easier to edit if the list of people changes)
or
- compress the video clip harder (I've managed to compress the already "compressed" WEBM from 325 MB to 45 MB by using a more aggressive VP9 setting, but doing it from source will obviously yield better results)

Consider those tips for the future ^^

Is this game still in development? Or is it dead? Last update was more than a year ago. I love the art and visuals and the story looks like it will be interesting. A shame if this died.

Hope y'all doing good.

So I know I haven't been so transparent with you guys about the game's progress and it's been months since I last posted anything about the game in here. I have been so busy with some personal stuff. So many things happened over the past few months in my life. I'm still spending most of my time on it but hopefully, I can manage to focus on working with the game, customs, and WPs. I'm trying to complete the monthly WPs I missed out on.

So I still got some Animations to render. I've done 422 renders so far and Still have like 200+ scenes to render including some animation dufs. Note that this is just for part 01 of Chapter 01, for part 02 render count it'll more or less be the same. And We were planning to add the perspective option where players can choose if they wanna see the story unfold from a 3rd Person view like watching a movie or series and seeing events occur out of the MC's perspective which can also give you some hints for choices or Just follow the story with your MC unfolding it and get into the game as the Main character. We just planned it so yeah just started writing and making FPV scenes and this might add up to the render count.

We're dropping the plan to add journal UI for the Bio and reward scenes for now and adding it to the future to-do list.

I won't be posting any public previews of the game after this Dev log. Matter of fact I won't be posting any public Dev log after this and the game's gonna be Patreon and Subscriber-only. So this is my last public Dev log. Have a good one.

Since the dev no longer wants to publish the latest updates here just reserved for subscribers.
It's a shame but hey it happens.
Fortunately I haven't tried all of his game so I'm going to uninstall it right away...

Doing releases only for subs/patrons isn't a criteria for the abandoned tag. If so more then half of the games would fit for that, many devs don't even have an account on F95. Also there are still posts on Patreon, latest one a few 5 days ago. And for the latest release I think it must be longer then 18 months to get an abandoned tag.

Anyway, I also moved on from this game. With that "release cycles" the game is unfortunately going nowhere. So far in two years all we got is the prologue...

We didn't abandon the game. Just struggling with some things, and yes, LOL, we didn't know it was going to be this overwhelming, but of course, we are not going to give up. Just wait for a bit. I realize I took a lot of time like a LOT. Hell, it's already been a year or so since the rework release. I know you guys deserve better for the support you guys have been giving us, and I heartily thank you all for sticking with us noobs. Also, I'm extremely sorry for this big of a delay.
