O.K., I have some knowledge in html, I know how to fix typing errors, and yes I know to help myself in somes cases, but I have not done any modding here or any grafic work. Therefore my knowledge is tooo limitated.
... and, because, English is not my native language, my texts might sound a little bit odd, compared to that of the excellent modders here
So, in Germany, we have a saying, which translated into English might be something like: Cobbler, stick to your last !
I'm a normal player, but yes, I like the game, and I like the fantastic work of the modders and the grafic work of the guys in this thread.

well translation is all well and good, but some of our sayings sound odd when directly translated to english. For example: "Besser vorsicht als Nachsicht." the right translation would be "Better safe than sorry" and not the direct translation "better beware than forbearance". At least when it should give the right meaning for the english-speaking people.
Aside from that I would really like to see a render with Lisa peeping on Max and Alice when they do theyr webcam-show. If I didn't miss it somehow such a render doesn't exist till now.

The first two are in the texture file FunFiction supplied in his post with the rooms. The bed Base one is in that thread its in one of the last couple of posts. The last two you need Mec4d pbs shaders vol.2. Do a google search you'll find a "free" version easily enough.

I'm still working on the Lisa Photoshoot, but here is a Quick one of Alice that I did while testing some things out.
In the game there is a scene where Max blackmails Alice to spank her in the nude... It's meant to be the first time Max sees her naked up close but we only get a view from behind. Here is the picture from the game:
Nice render from DS but it's bad story telling because the player is left out. Here is my replacement:
