Well, it depends on how you look at it. In my opinion this in not an incest romance game, its an incest-porn game! Everywhere are cams installed, aunt Kira is a porn acress, Max wants to fuck them all and they are even doing porn together. So every kind of sex and every fetish is possible. They are doing porn and not making love, so why should there be any restraints ... ? DS is not a nobel prizewinner for literature and just shows us what happens in this porn familiy, so there is no limit for content in fanart,

Everyone has different tastes but based on the focus of a game, people expect certain boundaries for content. For example I have no interest in anything involving feet but I have no problem just ignoring that content and moving on to something I do like.

By contrast, "chicks with dicks" is not something I can just ignore and move on from. The only thing worse would be including MM scenes. As some other posters have mentioned, there are games that focus on that and this isn't one of them. Any game or mod that includes anything like that even if it's avoidable is not something I have any interest in playing.
