Alice is just the genesis 3 female with Imogen textures. Load the gen 3 female add Imogen nails and nipples, then add Imogen Iray base then load make-up 07b, Lips 04, remove gloss, eyes 05, and lashes 02, then add translucency high. Now Genesis 3 female i quite a bit taller than the Max model so I tend to scale to around 90 percent.
