Alright, hammered out the bare minimum for v0.1 with Symph (the programmer) whose going to begin working on it for UI and the base overall coding for the entirety of the base mechanics.

The first Heroine is confirmed going to be Kitty Pryde, while the first villain hireable is going to be Boom Boom.

Each version is going to be available for download once all of that heroines content is done (Strip club, brothel and Dungeon (aka cells)).

The name for the game has also been confirmed, that being "Agents of L.O.K.I." (play on Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.), though we'll have to figure out something for the acronym xD.

Gonna hammer out some details with the artist for the scenes' art and we'll go from there where I'll begin writing out all of the dialogue.

Also as a heads up, none of the female villains nor any unique combo contents will be done until all of the captureable heroines are done. So after heroines, we'll either do Villain content, Henchwomen, uniques, etc, we'll ask the community what should be done next when it comes about.

Alongside this, we might do 1 new villain hireable every 1-2 heroines, not all of them being Female obviously, but once all the captureables are done and if you guys vote for Villains to be worked out next, then they'll follow the same route (no release until all scenes and content are done).

Some of the assets for now, the main map for example, will be placeholder until we get more dedicated art for those kinds of things.

Finally, we're not going to be giving deadlines and the like purely because Bee and Symph (artist and programmer respectively) are currently leading very busy college lives, so we can't guarantee something coming out on time, late, or early. But I myself have quite a bit of free time, so I'll try to keep you guys as updated as possible as development continues and as I work on the writing.

Actually I was thinking on doing something like that for certain heroines for Dungeon content. Where instead of doing the thing where he only makes it so they feel pleasure from others and seduces them that way, he tries to appeal to them and why he's doing this, that being acceptance and the ability to rule over all others so that no-one will feel abandoned or unaccepted like he was.

After all, what's more powerful then mind controlled allies? Willing ones that believe in your cause! Will have to think on it more though.

Wow you guys made that happen pretty fast! I was envisioning all this being highly theoretical lol. All sounds great, Kitty Pryde is awesome, honestly can't wait

Obviously I'm going to though, not trying to rush when y'all are delivering massively

Honestly yea, it was highly theoretical at first, but I have an odd history, so I know a lot of, in my opinion, really good artists and programmers as a result of it. Figured I might as well ask around, see if any of them would be down for it, since I myself am mainly a writer, but I've run and organized entire dev groups for fan games, major servers and communities, etc etc, so I'm not entirely inexperienced in running those kinds of things.

And after all, if you want something made, sometimes you have to do it yourself!

In all honesty, we do have the other aspects of the game planned out as well, when we reach them, but not fleshed out. Meaning that we have the basis for it there, but not the specifics, the only specifics are what we have fleshed out for the Bare Minimum v0.1.

Also, in terms of content and play, this kind of game is far easier to plan and flesh out then others. It also helps that we're going one step at a time, rather then all at once. Meaning we have the stuff for basic gameplay (Capture, Hire Villain, Strip club, Brothel, Dungeon, and City Map) fleshed out, and the other aspects of the game we won't flesh out until we start working on them too.


Also also, as a quick update, Bee finished up her recent commissions and is taking an art break for the week to focus on various things and relax. Next week we plan to start discussing and flesh out what art we specifically need, and then set her off to do concepts. From there, it's my turn to write out all of the dialogue, story and the like, which could take a hot minute, but I'll be asking for help from the other 2 as well as for their thoughts, better to have multiple minds and hands help then just do it myself and potentially mess it up or have it lackluster.

Is there any examples of the artist's work that we could see?
I did link her instagram previously but it's not really a good representation of her work, purely because she barely ever puts anything on it and the latest posts are 1-2 years apart from her oldest post. Her art has improved massively. I asked her if I could share some commissions she recently showed to me and if she has any other art she'd be alright with me sharing with you all, but our time zones are vastly different, so I probably won't be getting an answer until much later today/tonight.

I checked out this game to see how it's combat was, pretty good! Would require quite a few more art assets and effects then we would be able to work with, but it's giving me ideas on how to go about combat without it being grindy or too long! Thanks for sharing it with me!


Another vote for no grinding combat. I'd rather have fights related to the storyline like they do in Amity Park.
For example: if you want to go for Sue Storm, there's a fight against her that's thematic with her power. When you go for Storm, her fifth is pretty different and also thematic.

Regarding items: not opposed to them, but please don't be cryptic about their use - let the player clearly know what they're for and how to use them. If you make item combinations, don't force a specific order of operation to combine them.
I'll check this one out, see how it does it's combat too and see what happens.

I am sorely tempted to go MCU style comedic considering Loki and all, not gonna lie. Story wise it'd still be semi-serious (as much as a porn game can be at least) but I'd like to tie in comedy in some way. Especially if we have Deadpool as a hireable at some point.

I'd just like to chip in a few cents worth, knowing a bit about the actual myths about Loki. In the myths, Loki is the father of the Fenrir Wolf, Jormundgand the World Serpent, and Hel ruler of Hel. But she was also the mother of Sleipnir the 8 legged horse (Odin's war horse). It wasn't the only time either.
Back to the Marvel Universe, he is sometimes allied with The Enchantress - maybe she could be a 'trainer' since she loves to dominate/corrupt heroes. She also has Magic powers which can assist in captures.
I like Kitty as a first target strategically - she makes an excellent scout for other victims and can phase in to drop 'traps', distractions, and capture items like gas grenades to assist in expanding the ranks as it were during actual capture. To this end it could fit either in a combat style game or a storyboarded game.

In conclusion, Excelsior!

So he got the very basic overview stuff done in like, under a day, maybe less as a proof of concept. Granted literally all of it is just proof of concept, but he did most of it today. All of it is just placeholder as we move forward at the moment.

Speaking of interface... please, make the interactable buildings pretty contrasting with the background. SU doesn't do that and it's a chore to find them

Yea that annoyed me too. Current working idea is to just have all the buildings listed on the left side, and it'll light up the building when moused over.

So a few other artist friends of mine said they'd absolutely join up if they'd get paid for their work. As a result, we'll probably make a Patreon once the first version is out and about. Nothings gonna be hidden by any patreon tiers or anything like that, at most patrons would be able to get access to the live dev version for testing and bugs and the like, but it'd mainly be for support since all the money go to the artists and programmer.

2)Which art style are you going to adapt?
3)Loki will work alone or have henchwomen like SU?

1) Yea, they'll be entirely optional first go. If we do decide to do different endings then it'd be linked. So for example

All captureables Seduced (aka dungeon), Infinity stones and Infinity Gauntlet = Pyrrhic Victory ending (Loki just barely wins)
All captureables Seduced, all villains hired (and Female Villains Seduced), infinity stones and infinity gauntlet = Hard Fought Victory ending
All captureables, all villains hired, all Summonables Seduced, infinity stones and gauntlet = Difficult Victory ending
All captureables, all villains, all summonables, all R63/Genderbends seduced, infinity stones and gauntlet = Easy Victory ending
All caputureables, all villains, all summonables, all R63/Genderbends, all Henchwoman seduced, Infinity Stones and Gauntlet = Overwhelming Victory ending
all captureables, all villains, all summonables, all R63/Genderbends, all Henchwoman, all Outliers seduced (aka characters that don't fit in the other categories like Death, Nemesis and others (similar to Audrey, Talia, etc from SU)), Infinity Stones and Gauntlet = Complete and Total Victory ending

And obviously, if you lose during a Threat fight in certain ways, you'll get a Game Over and it'll reload back to your last save.

2) We're gonna have Bee do some different artstyles to see which is easiest for her to use. Doing X-Men Evolutions, Comic and her own to see and compare for her, then we'll go from there (and share with you guys once it happens).

3) There'll be various female villains and henchwoman that Loki will have working with him. The first being Amora/Enchantress who'll run both the Strip Club and the Brothel, the first one to assist him in setting these all up and capturing the first few heroines until you hire more villains to do it for you, as long as Loki's promises of giving her Thor once he succeeds are fulfilled. After all, if Loki has all of the stones then Thor can't stop him and he can simply re-write Thor's thoughts and feelings towards Amora with the Mind and Reality stones, giving Amora what she's wanted for millenia.
