Did they say when the remake's gonna be released?
Not sure. I can't read Japanese, but as far as I can tell, the artist has been teasing the remake at least since February. Not sure how long it would take to remake a game like this. Looks like the translation is done, so they probably just need to finish the art and maybe port it so that it runs on english systems without having to use a Japanese locale emulator.
