Well I have no idea why it will not trigger for you, you get all girls mood at max the you go and watch tv with mom and the convo it there asking if Kira will join and that is it. 2 Friday's after Kira tells you to do it is when it triggers.

For weed you need to wait till Kate starts coming over and spy on them at 1 am and talk to Kate at the pool at 2 am and keep doing that until Kate ask you to get weed then go for it.
Sensual Massage is given by Kira after you start cunning plan quest.

You just play the game because cunning plan is the main quest of this game and will run till the end of the game once you start it.
Just remember do not get rid of Eric until you get your skill up to about 100 or you will lose a lot of time on mom once you get to do it on her for you only gain 1 point each time on mom and Alice will quit sunbathing once Eric is gone.

Are you having sex with mom yet and if not then you are not done with all quest.
Go to mom at 22:00 every night that she is home in her room and talk to her if new convo is there and you will know if her door is closed then new convo is there.
No sex yet (nor the whole don't let her cum bit mentioned on page 1) just can't seem to get the new convo to trigger
