The only quests not ended till now are the spiders ("alice has finally..."), blog ("alice has laid some..."), new job ('we got plenty...") and cunning plan ("i definitely like the new deal..."). I've already done private spankings with sex with alice and lisa, private spanking with alice and kate with sex, already talked to lisa about letting her peep me and alice. There's nothing more i think (?), this quest is locking the others. I must have got the HJ from alice about 20~25 times.

How do I do the Weed Quest? I wanna get rid of Eric, but I also wanna do the quest beforehand so I don't miss it.

Once you buy the weed and give it to Kate meet Alice at the pool at 13:00 and this will complete the quest.
Either you did get rid of him or you have a bug.either way if the sensual massage course is done you need to practice on alice when she is in thé mood.
If memory serve right you need to finish hot Coffee, after that Sweet Lisa will introduction you to her new bestie and she will help à lot with Ann

If Eric is not showing up at the house then you did get rid of him and now your game is broken and you can not go on with cunning plan quest which is the main quest of the game.

You must get her spanked and her mood and Max authority over her must be very high.
