Whatever you do, keep the religion aspect in the game to minimal. For example, there's an obvious reason why a woman would be wearing a hijab, but I'd be super uncomfortable seeing mentions of religious infomartion or details in a porn game. Specially if they have some really deep stuff like quotes from holy books, it's a porn game afterall, just give the vibe and leave the details.
i don't know about you but people do have niqab and hijab fetish,i am one of them , i think you are just overreacting on something which is not even possible , if you are uncomfortable just by some words, how can you handle the NTR. you need to understand this is just purely fantasy game which people play to escape there boring life .

You probably haven't started yet, and I don't know if you might ever! Read my quick summary points below:
1- The Main Character looks too young to have a son that age. Sure some older women looks younger, but this model is definately meant to be around 25yrs old. A son that age kills my suspension of disbelief.
2- You know some things about muslim culture. If you are basing this game off of that do your full research to get the details right. Google has alot of answers, just ask the right questions.
3- Not all muslims women wear hijabs, and not all women who wear hijabs are muslims. If the whole muslim aspect is confusing to you, ditch it and make it a fake country with different customs.
4- Make the MC who you want. You seem to want a female MC, just go with that. Every game has different audiences (even ones created by the same developer)
5- Just start making the game. Forget about getting the story right or the MC right, just start. Once you upload it to a website like itch.io someone will download it and probably post it on this site and you'll get feedback. This website can give you some brutal, unfiltered feedback.
I like your characters because they are different, this will make them stand out. My game caused a stir, on this website because my characters were different. I didn't realise it, but my game was probably the first on this site with a black female Main Character. I had only chosen the character because I thought the model was cute and that I hadn't seen her used anywhere before.

I dont mind the hijab, the story or anything really.
I just dont play female protagonist games, or futa protagonist games as youve also made before.
I actively filter all games with "+male protagonist".
I dont feel connected to a character thats so far from me, and with the wast span of games available, I can easily skip those kind of games. Regardless of how good they are. I will always have a game that suits me more of at least same quality.
And tbh, I dont have infinite time to play every thing. So this is a great cutoff point for starters.

Ok but for the love of God plz don't make ur Characters White. I'm guessing its Middle East or Maybe South Asia they have Brown ppl and white ppl don't look good in muslim attire
Please add pubic hair for female characters, hairless is too ugly.
make Male and female protagonist , they are married and you play both of them so you can have combo of either , the Male has his harem with his wife Loyal , both cheating , or the husband becomes cuck , yeh this type of game would be sick

As a suggestion, you might add a character wearing a full burka, or at least a big scarf that doubles as a burka if needed, then they could use the scarf to hide themselves and the PC for some hanky-panky in a public place. Or the PC could use the burka\ scarf to hide from pursuers (depending on what you want to do with the plot, of course).
If the main character completely hid her body under her clothes, then her husband will not know that there are erotic lingerie, sex toys, used condoms under her clothes...
