Successfully Talk Business -> Chat -> Flirt without boring them. There is a random element. You might need to go back and try several times.

There is a random element, however your chances are improved by your communication level.
Also you can take the safer option only ever talk business, and then back out. It will take you longer to raise the level but the chance of failure is much less. It's a push your luck kind of thing.
My tip is if your communication is < 20 Talk business
20-30 Chat
30+ Flirt.
I may look into changing the routine that checks this and make it less random, although I always like there to be a chance for failure otherwise it's just clicking buttons.

One question and one statement...
Question: How do you raise your Comm skill in this version? I'm on Day 21, I've chatted up my office mates a couple levels and I'm at Comm = 4.
Statement: Since Riley returned from her trip, when I go to chat with her, I click on 'CheekyGirl91-Online' and it goes straight to 'The evening's flown by...' I don't get any 'Chat,' 'Flirt,' etc. options. It's been happening for a couple nights now. Is this an error?
Her Stats are:
Open = 53
Horny = 47

In the first version it seemed that you could raise the Communication skill just by chatting up your co-workers, but now it seems that it can only be raised by going to the bar after work.
Also, your stats will diminish over time, which I find to be extremely frustrating. I once had my character go to the gym and he lost all of his gains the same evening.

As others have mentioned you can gain 2-10 Communication by visiting the bar, and yes they do decay over time. I'll be tweaking that somewhat in the next version I think to closer match my original plans and hopefully make it less frustrating.
As for the other, yup that sounds like a bug! I'll check it out. Cheers for reporting.

Nope, it now improves your relationship with that girl, +1 for Talking Business, +3 for Chatting and +6 for Flirting, failure after Talk Business carries the negative effect of each raise though (-3,-6)

OK, found the bug. Your communication can currently drop below 5 in my adjustment function, this would block you from being able to chat with the Online Girl. I've fixed it in my dev. For now, once you find the bar, you should be able to start chatting again once you get it above 5 again. Sorry about that!

In the same way as the library, search for locations downtown. I've increased the success rate for this in a11 as it was overly aggressive in failing!

- All three office girls now interact as Sarah did in a10. ie Talk Business/Chat/Flirt. Success is based on some luck and your communication stat. Initially stick to just Talk, and progress to the other options as you become better in communication.
- More content for Jenny. (This is my current focus, and will shape how I move forward with the other girls) She is currently about 50% implemented.
- Added a 'Reset' page to re-initialise some of the content. This should allow future releases to be more compatible with old saves.
- More streamlining of the downtown locations, all now have a 'mini' version of the stat boost, which means you can gain some stats, but still have time to get home and chat with the online girl.
- The old interactions from downtown now provide a stat boost of between 2 and 10 points as opposed to the 1-5 of previous versions of the game.
- Stat decay has been further reduced. Hopefully hitting a better balance now.

Ah okay. I worded my question wrong as I don't have library either. Question should be...how do you find downtown? I am at day 60 and only have option to go home at end of day and sleep. There is no downtown option.
Nevermind. Playing your new version and just got the option. Riley never went on business trip in my last game.

pics are working now with this update. pity though, there isn't much nudity yet. however, the game shows potential and is quite fun! got all the achievements. and damn, i hope there will be some content for that boss too in the future .

it looks promising but i went trugh those anchievements way to fast i think. 1-2h but its an alpha or something like that so i didnt expect more tho but 1 think i would want is the ability to respond to all texts since i wasnt able to respond until closer to the end which was pretty cool
