It may be. My evening clock repeats 23:00 for 2 and half hours before jumping to 01:30.

i deleted and reinstalled the game, but the timestep function is moving me forward 1 hr at a time, not the 30 min it is supposed to, every time i hit the button. definitely a bug there.
