Can somebody please help me with the first strenght training? It is impossible since the bar goes up so fast.
Is there some solution, or am i missing something?

you need to get your strength up I think you need 3 or 4 do make it work and kevin only trains you in the mornings

three one is basketball court in the evening just make sure dex is high or you have to go back and try again
