Both Mayor Rump's House and the Yacht have not been implemented yet. They are coming in a future version, but I don't know which one for sure.

Fallen tree branch is at the hill, use the workbench on the right in the garage to make the flute. For those of you who haven't found it, the drill is on the shelf on the left of your garage.
