Yeah im stuck here too. Cant seem to declare war after you finished mentor.
Does that mean that for you to get Lisa and the wallet scenario, you have to hold out on starting the dialogue to teach her until way later in the game when the wallet scenario is available? starting to feel like its better to finish everything excluding Lisa and leave her things till the very last.

So many questions so little answers... Tomorrow I'll have the afternoon off and I'll do what I did last version and try to find out as much as I can.

She will actually initiate the option in the smoking scene, so instead of the normal list of options. Money, remove top etc. She will have a sentence or two that says spanking. I am not sure if you have to have advanced in the Kate sequence or not. But it did require high domination and influence to trigger for me, plus I had done a lot of the spankings as I was trying to figure out if there would be any changes as she started showing the bigger kink with kate and max.
