That is probably my biggest gripe just the seemingly random selection of girls you'll get due to how some have a lot more content than others.

Pure speculation on my part: I imagine that Amy will be on the island no matter what as she has a lot more content than most (why waste it?) from what I can tell, and even if you choose small boobs there 's only one girl that would fit the criteria. Relatively speaking.
So you wouldn't be stuck without any interactions and with at least one person to have fun with.

Leave her along for a few hours on the island and then try to chat with her again. Each chat option has a cool down

There is also instructions on how to exploit the strip poker and use the console cheats properly with explanation. I think the cap is supposed to be trained to 100 but I train endurance daily and it never increases, so it may be a bug on my end. I'll update the guide to reflect that.

a lot. you can have sex with Yvette 3 different ways. Amy 3, faye 1. you can get a titfuck from faye, heather, ivy, and desire. Bj from yvette, amy, and ivy. though the TF and BJ are the same scene with ivy so doesnt count i guess. Everyone except ivy strips in poker now. you can pretty much get scenes from everyone if you find the right event. There are fewer without scenes than are for sure.

If you don't know how to get the pills:

Three High Lust semen samples (anything above 50%) get you a blue pill.
Three Low Lust semen samples (anything below 50%) get you a green pill.

At this time, it does not seem possible to get 0 lust samples, they just register as low lust.

You give the samples to the doctor, end the discussion, and then talk to her again.

As far as I can tell, there are two opportunities to use the blue pill. I haven't been able to use the green pills yet.

Ill make a note for a more comprehensive guide. The one I can't figure out is the pink pill. I recieved one but had to reload and couldnt get the doctor to give it to me again even though I went strait to her with it.

There are currently 3 uses for the blue pill. 2 scenes with Faye (she's a size queen for sure) and you need to get 3 high lust samples while using the pill to unlock amy's implant.
