When the game is completed. They don't release the game bit by bit, $10 patrons can play the in progress builds, but it doesn't get released to the public until it's finished.

Also is DFD CH1 still meant to be patreon only?

It also would be great if all your games were posted in the same place, with a clean short description followed by the download link. Like in your blog.
Eventually if you end up with too many games, you could separe in series.
Eg Emily: ESA, EH 1 - 3.
Lastly you could add your free games download link into your blog's game area, then post that link in your patreon as "my finished games." So you'll end up with double traffic visits and a very clean presentation of your work, not to mention it will be easier to find your stuff.

can't play it though, it said it needs to finish chapter 1, and I re-did that, still can't, maybe need them both in the same folder? or something

Ch1 was so promising that it's hard to understand why the later chapters haven't been cracked yet.
To play the chapter 2 first you must download the Chapter 1. However, you must download it from the Love - Joint page. Below I will leave the link.
I discovered that if they play the Chapter 1 with the download of this page (that is, with the version that Sam posted), it has no data package and therefore does not recognize it.

Guess I'll be the one to say it...
I didn't like the voice acting, I just didn't. Didn't seem to fit to me and it's not that the voice actress' were bad although I didn't keep it on long enough to find out. was very glad there was an option to turn off as I didn't want to have to mute the game and miss out of the cool bgm.

Anyone encountering this issue? It happens to me, whenever I try to chase Kathy though the Diner (the moment she starts sending the nudes in chapter 2).
So apparently, if you try to follow Kathy to your office (given by the clue) you get this error and sometimes the diner. You can skip this whole section by simply getting out of the store without bothering to trace her "movements" and never encountering this instance.

Happened to me while trying to use the first link also ... had to share it before I plaid it myself.
Therefore I edited my post and added the second link for the download which is from the original page. I downloaded it to the same folder I had my chapter one in and it worked like it should.
