there are some renders that change with big dick, not many, but there are
some that I remember are mom's HJ and BJ, and you get BJ from nurse in intro

Its only when both "GetLucky-0.19.00" and "Replay Customization ModV3" are installed?
The main mods work fine together. Also if I use one or the other its fine - just not both together.

Big Dick and Sister perks are better than the other perks, as you can get the advantages from the other perks through gameplay.

For some of them, you need to have a certain level of disipline from the initative
