What is the best link combination for sympathic link to use?

Depends on what you are trying to accomplish, really.

I use Favor or Lust --> inhibition a lot. Favor --> Love or Lust can be useful in specific circumstances.

Well taking into that he left the game abruptly, to remake it in its third engine (RAGS>Ren'Py>Unity)...

Higher ranks of Mind Control give access to Mindcrafting. Suppression is one of the three categories of effect. Mindcrafts are permanent. They last until replaced or negated through further Mind Control effects. A target can be subjected to at most one of each category of Mindcrafting. Placing a different version overrides the current one.
