Well since no one shared the "Quick Update!!!" on his Patreon we can't really say when it's going 2 release. But! A day ago he said in one of his comments that: Sorry! It has not been completed yet today
The current progress is 97%, I need 2-3 more days to finish and test it...EDIT: Segamex said he will realise it today.

At least the dev is communicating at all. Not sure why they would bother giving a percentage, that's a joke on it's own. But it's better than total silence IMO.
And if you've played some of the earlier versions, you would know this game has some terrible bugs.
I would rather he take time to release updates instead of rushing them for a release date.
