Who said anything about slavery, hardcore or otherwise? I specifically mentioned it being the girls' idea, rather than something the MC would make them do.
I don't think it fits the girls personality to do more than that (strip tease as @jessicajones suggested) or to suggest doing more than that to the MC.
The update isn't done, so who knows.Even with that kind of childhood, I'm not a big fan of Ashley, I mean, I understand her more, but that doesn't mean that I like her, Yanderes never click on me.

A bit sad with the update mostly because Emma is my favorite character and she didn't have a event, love her design, at least Ellen had some love, wish she could be a main character (with pregnancy and all that thing in the end), but it seems her role is already decided.

The MC and Ellen already had vaginal sex. Giving a blowjob isn't as big of a deal at this point. If the player is allowed to purchase the bar before Ellen's sex scene in the hot springs with the MC then I would agree with you.
Talk to Ellen to upgrade the bar. Also, spoilers.
edit: If I had to choose my top favorite girl, It'd be Android. But really, I have a top 3. Ashley, Android and Lin. My bottom 2 would be Maria and Kali. But I love them all.

Yeah I got it immediately after opening the bar. I happened to open it on a weekend, which is why I think it happened
Being on the weekend has nothing to do with it. Under the stats screen, under "Side Character Info" what is the number next to the "Bar Events"?
Seems the mixology training option disappeared when I completed all the training with the waitress. When the MC asks Ellen what she recommends next, the mixology training tab/box isn't there to choose?! Also, how come I never see Maria working in the bar, especially after buying her bartender outfit?
If you don't know where to place the bought / released Elves, you could give the option to upgrade the hotel with a third floor (attic / below the roof) with a large common room for servants (Elves / side characters). About 100 years ago (and earlier) this was the usual space where the house servants had their beds for sleeping. If needed, there could also be a cage-area for punishment...

Maria isn't in the bar for me either during week days. Could be a bug. I have the 0.6 Beta 3 (fixed) version that you posted, however I am using Beta 3 (non-fixed) save games. Bar Events 4/4.
