They should do like DfD did and that is have a tab where you can open it and change the peoples names change their title and nick name. So you can basically give the MC a name and then tag him as dad and name the daughter and give her the daughter tag and also set what she tag she calls the MC as and also what is their nickname.

The first 2 versions had 2 versions a fake and a real version where the real version had real dad and daughter then 3 on you had to use the naming and tagging system and each update after that used the correct tags and names.

That's what unknown accounts are for as anyone can make an account and then use that one as their patch account and if it's only used to upload files there would be no way of knowing who they are.

Just add the functionality to allow the player to name the relationship of each character to the MC. Patreon can't do a damn thing about that.

Patreon bans developers for making mods that produce a result that Patreon doesn't like. Someone else would have to make the mod.
