Dedicated qsp coders they are not, and neither professional writers. They worked on the project because they had ideas and learned to apply them, as disagreeable as those are to some, and as badly mangled the base machine translations were when they started with the then abandoned game.

I'm babbling so i'll make it short.. If you have an idea you want done, ask for help, make a mod and have it added to the game.

Everyone has ideas on what should be in the game or any game for that matter but as you said very few people will implement them especially when it comes to adult games there will be kinks/fetishes suggested that the developers may not be into. One of the troubles is that qsp is such a niche software so it's bad enough that there are not enough developers (along with translators) to do those let alone the adult/porn genre. I'm one of those who is open minded to learn how qsp and other software works and may end up modding a current game or creating my own down the line once I have the time to learn.

I can't give you a walkthrough (although the game desperately needs them for all questlines). The main thing you have to do in Rolan's house is fix his bath. Talk with Rolan whenever you can.

Can you elaborate on how to "fix" his bath? Last I checked at his place, you could easily take a shower or bath whenever you please. Even when Rolan is in the bathroom.

If you talk about that Five Eight Estate area where he sits on bench sometimes - I did. I can't seem to progress anywhere. I can roam around the house, I can take baths, but "friendly chat" on bench does nothing.

Try sitting on the bench with Rolan with no panties on. Did you take anything from Rolan's house? What are the values of the following variables if you enter them into the console:
rolanblockhome
money
npc_rel['A133']
rolanapol

Curiosity:

There's a notice board in the supermarket with 3 ads on it, but no visible way of interaction.
Are those just a bit of flavour text for now or am i missing something to trigger an event related to it?

Try sitting on the bench with Rolan with no panties on. Did you take anything from Rolan's house? What are the values of the following variables if you enter them into the console:
rolanblockhome
money
npc_rel['A133']
rolanapol

rolanblockhome = 0
money = 4523

rolanapol = 0

Edit: The only way I can talk to Rolan on bench, is to "have a luck" of finding him on the bench while he's outside his house between 18 and 19. Talking without panties as you suggested - does nothing.

With 'no panties' on you have to do it between the hours of 9 and 10 I believe on sunny days non-winter.

I don't know at what point that is but you can fix his bathroom and do several cooking events, so if you haven't done them, yes. If you have then no that's all so far.

Thanks for the reply, but already tried that start and the one I renember wasn't instant, nor scripted/guided; you were able to play normally until the meeting with the girl in an alley an accept her proposal... damn my memory!

i dont know if its something im doing wrong or not, but everytime i do the workout schedule where do you like jump rope, and so for for whatever time limit, it only shows that i did it for only a minute after clicking finish.
