It's not NTR because at that time Julia isn't a love interest yet. Yes, it's a technicality, but it is what it is. Besides, it's easily avoidable.
Lucy never gets banged by others. Just follow the quest and you're the one that has sex with her. I don't think there's any choice that will lead to something else, nor is it likely there will be.

I restarted the sacred sex quest and got all scenes and anyone wants saves I have enslaved Lilith and complete saves for latest update

This game's Patreon was under review just a few days ago. Apparently there were no issues and it's back up.
You need to go to Amelia's bunker (bottom right on the map) and talk to her in her room. Judging from the state of your quests, it should already be availabel. If not, just keep completing the other quests until she's in her bunker.
do you by any chance know the line to unlock "Kill the Routine (Prisoner Elena)" achievement?This is my last one that is locked and it drives me crazy

You need to have imprisoned Elena (obviously, since that's in the achievement name ) then go to her cell at 12h or 20h.
If you want to "cheat" the scene if you don't have her as prisoner, you can go to the console and change elenaO.place to "ameliaCell" at those hours and get the scene (I updated the list to show the hours).

Cant see to continue Emma quest. I seem to be stuck in installing the videocamaras in her house. When i touch the doorbell any character just greets me and nothing else happens. Some help?
