Essentially the only way is to remote control a computer and it is a not a good experience if you are working with anything smaller than a fullsize tablet unless you are planning to use a mouse/keyboard plugged into the phone.

At this point LT is the game equivalent of a coma patient on life support. Every 3-6 months it makes a weak noise or a finger twitches and gets people's hopes up, but then subsides back into lifelessness again.
I, for one, think Innoxia can do no wrong.
She always delivers on time and it is worth every penny that I sink into her game through her subscribestar.
Sure, it's bare bones, but I believe that we will have an amazing game by 2045.
I can't wait for the next text-variant of an existing base race. Hopefully by September.

I'm trying to milk as much enjoyment out of this no matter how bone dry miniscule this update is so could someone please tell me how to obtain the deep sleep perk because I am both annoyed and confused.

Thanks. Do I need to do the same thing for NPC's or is there way to do it for them in game?
Perk works perfectly fine for me, didn't even have to start a new game or edit anything, just loaded a save in the new version and 'magic' occurred.
The version I have is the exe version download straight from the blog site.
If you want to add it to NPCs, other than yourself, your slaves or house guests, you will likely need to edit your save file for that particular NPC.
Oh, yeah, I hadn't considered that most people using this site probably aren't downloading the official version. I always do if it's available. Granted, that means sometimes I don't have the latest version because it's not public, even if it has been uploaded here... But in this case, there shouldn't be a different version because the public release is the latest release.

Corruption of Champions (customisation of player character)
Trials in Tainted Space (customisation of player character, similar navigation mechanics)
Lust Doll Plus (customisation of player character at start, limited customisation after)
Broken Dreams Correctional Center (customisation of player character at start, limited customisation after, similar navigation mechanics)
They're all 'sandbox' RPGs with combat mechanics, too.
None of them have the same level of freedom with the sex scene interactions, favouring written scenes instead (whether this is better is up to individual taste - personally, I like both approaches for their own merits).
There really isn't another game that's exactly like this, but those are the games that have the most in common with it (as far as I know).
(Also probably Corruption of Champions 2, which by all accounts has the same similarities to this game as Trials in Tainted Space does. I've had a hard time trying to get into that one, though, so I can't say so for myself.)

If you're into sandboxes and interactive sex scenes, but don't care about combat, furries or transformation, then there's also Course of Temptation.
There's also Degrees of Lewdity if you like being assaulted every time you try cross the street – some furries, some transformation, some interactivity, some combat mechanics – but all a bit less than LT.
It all depends on what you want.

That won't do. They need to separate combat and non-combat traits. Maybe rework 'fetishes' into a non-combat trait system, them move there non-combat traits.
If I understand your question correctly, the issue is Inno's code is a steaming pile of dogshit and it's nearly impossible to change anything without breaking stuff in the process. So mods pretty much only consist of adding a few new items.

Not sure what you are asking but no there is not likely to be a modpack, the game runs increasingly poorly with each additional mod and long before you have the 'complete' packages people always ask for when they ask for modpacks the game is unplayable.
