because it's horror survival game with lot of chasing sequence so if you can run forever and infinite that's defeat the whole game? also stamina in horror game is not new

It adds to some of the difficulty in the game and timing your stamina usage around the map. It doesn't significantly detract from the gameplay when you get used to it, and the game itself is hardly punishing when you do get caught. Maybe you even want to get caught after having "ran out of stamina."

Saw that as well! This game is mostly breast-focused content, so for the people who really enjoy that, this game is an absolute treat. It's also a well-animated pixel dot, so there's the enjoyment from that too.

Steam version. Translation isn't perfect and honestly it's pretty lazy, but its readable and you can complete the game just fine.
