I was thinking it may be a good idea to add an active action to make money in the game by using time, maybe a job in the computer or a side-shift on the cafe? It's a bit hard to buy all the stuff in the game currently without skipping days. It would also give you a bit more to do on the beginning of the game.

As for the dungeon sex slaves i'm all for it, after all more content is always good and since they have no story it probably wouldn't detract much from the main girls development time. But it would be nice even if they have no stories if they weren't treated as invisible, like the other girls having reactions about you owning and using the slaves would be cool to see.

Also would love a nipple ring costume for Lin in the future.

There is an active action to make money. Pinups. Although it's only for Kali in v0.4.

It was very fun to make, you're able to choose plenty of outfits, and better outfits sell for more. Kali's Slut outfit for example will give you $20 - $30, while her bra and panties will sell for $5 - $10. It's a random chance based on who buys those pinups. And they even leave a comment! Which is also randomized. Such as:

Those responses are different for each girl, and each outfit. It's a very good way to make money as it only takes up 1 time slot.

I didn't have any trouble making money in the game, or occupying myself while waiting for new tenants and the money to start coming in. However, I do see the comment that the active money making option appears somewhat later in the game than a new player might expect.

Dante22's comment specified that he was looking for some sort of an option early in the game. I only played through the game once, but I do recall feeling that it felt like quite a bit of waiting/linear progression early on. It didn't bother me, but I can see how someone might want an "active" money making option early if they feel like they're running out of things to do with just Lin and Kali.

Ashley joins only on day 5. I don't think players need money for the first two weeks or so. I don't think you can use any of the outfits until later on. But yes, you do need 5 or more Affection and 11 or more friendship with Kali to start this.

This will be different for each character, Kali doesn't warm up to you until later on, but Ashley would probably do this very fast, as well as Maria. Lin would probably do pinups earlier than Kali as well.

People have suggested this on the Discord, and I've been thinking about this as well.

What do you think about being able to buy more Elf Slaves? Like, 5 or something.

They wouldn't have any story, but would be kept in the Dungeon for you to use. Not sure if they would have stats either, but it may be fun.

Just wondering if anyone has any opinions on this they'd like to share.

I am not opposed to the idea but 5 are way too many I think. I would rather have fewer girls with many scenes for each than have many girls with barely any scenes.

So I would suggest adding only the ones relevant to the story for this like Lin's sister and the high elf. If you add new elves to the story then sure add them in too but for now I think adding only girls that have been introduced in the story would be a better idea.

First of all, I must say I'm very happy for you @Runey, things are going better right? I read that you moved...to a mansion ? I'm here from the beggining and you are becoming more and more popular but you don't forget us and I see you as one of us, one more "pirate".

When you asked about the elves slaves for me It's like...a harem inside a harem ? Does not feel too redundant? I don't wanna be " that guy", for me, the more content the more fun, just triying to digest the idea. If you are going foward my suggestion will be, just give us a goal. No goal would mean to me like just sex for sex, I mean, I like sex scenes, but after reaching or progressing whith a character, First kissing, then groping, fingering and so on, other example : making tier slaves? (Tier 1 cheap , tier 3 more expensive?) It would give us a reason to earn more money.

Sorry, english is not mi native language, and the ideas comming to my mind are a bit confusing, but maybe you can take any of them or almost the concept

Well... The event actually isn't really over, they're in the dungeon, so they're told to act submissive. They even say "Thank you Sir", Sir being what you told them to call you in the Dungeon. So they're very much still in a submissive state of mind.

I don't know, I sort of feel like you're stretching two sentences a lot to the point of breaking them. They're just asking if it's done, MC is saying yes.

I'm not saying the girls shouldn't be submissive, I'm saying I don't like the player being all "alpha dom". He comes off a lot more callous than he usually does. My suggestion of pettings and "good-girl"s would still be dominant, just a nicer dominant. I don't know, maybe I'm the only one who feels like this. It seems kind of like "I've had my fun, you're just an object for me to play with". Sometimes one sentence can say a lot. The way it is is certainly not 50-shades-of-grey bad, but it stood out to me.

Also, if you decide to do the bonus elves, any chance of one of them being a chocolate elf? Chocolate skin, dark brown eyes and black hair? It would make a change from all the pale girls we have so far.

I've shown this girl around lately.

She'll be apart of lin's second event in v0.5, which will be a massive event. Probably bigger than some porn games I've played. 10 characters will be involved, there may be around 15 - 20 animations, the event is based on Lin's traits as well, so different animations/story will be shown based on her traits.

Worked on it all day yesterday, had to get some sleep and will hopefully finish it today.

I've never played Solvalley, so I can't comment on that.

There will most likely be trait related story branches on that marriage event though. So if she has the Exhibitionist + Professional Cocksucker trait, maybe she'll marry you with your cock in her mouth.

Speaking of which, I just finished that event.

18 hours later, at 573 pictures, 1205 lines of code, 51,351 letters, and 16 animations, Lin's second event for v0.5 is finally done. I worked 11 hours today, but it's finally done.

Lin's first event for v0.5 WAS the biggest in the game, but this second one more than doubled that one.

To put it into perspective, v0.1 of Harem Hotel was only just over double the size of this one event. v0.1 also had less animations than this one event. But v0.1 was a lot of technical stuff, so I don't mean to say I could made v0.1 in only 36 hours.

If I had to guess, this one event may take you 30 minutes to an hour to finish by itself, but that's only an estimate.

I think I'll count this one event as two in the patch notes, it's big enough, I think.
