Maybe going to costco with Morgana isn't a cute couple thing, but it's still a couple thing.
This is cute. I once asked my sweetheart why we never celebrate Valentine's Day. Answer: "Because none of us are named Valentine." (She is not a romantic figure.)
Um, is Mara also named after mythology?
Mara's name has nothing to do with Mythology, actually! Her name was supposed to be a Twin Peaks reference.
Originally, she was supposed to be "Kylie MacLachlan", taken from the name Kyle MacLachlan. Kyle MacLachlan played Agent Dale Cooper in Twin Peaks; a normal(ish) dude that finds himself in the middle of a bunch of weird supernatural shit. I later decided I wanted the MC to be named Kylie or Kyle, so I changed the cop's name to Mara MacLachlan to have that "Sara MacLachlan" joke in Chapter Four.
I see, thank you. In several mythologies, the name Mara is mentioned in a negative sense (Mara->Mare->Nightmare), as a demon, the goddess of death, etc., and in the picture she looked so determined...
If you noticed, all the update pictures lately have been showing the Mythos cast in a... less-than-good light. That's intentional. They're all suspects.

Nooooo, that's not true! Tara was just having a bad day and her dogs took over her mood. Sophia wants to cut a cake. B is standing above us only because she is very tall, Rain is tending her plants with magic, and Mara is... right in her office practicing drawing her gun. Makes perfect sense, doesn't it?
Silly joke aside, yes, I may not have accidentally asked the meaning of Mara's name. I heard something about the suspense technique, but I'm not a good writer, I can't write suggestively.
(There is a character with viking runes on her rifle, her grandmother was named Edda, her dogs are named after Odin's wolves, and her name is NORDwood. Well, who could be the Valkyrie's blood?)

Which of course means, if the player is playing as a male, and pursuing Mara as a love interest, and they eventually get married and he wants to be progressive and take her name, he will of course become Kyle MacLachlan.
Though for me personally, while I've seen him in Twin Peaks, and The House with a Clock in Its Walls, and Agents of SHIELD, and even Showgirls (among other things), to me all I will ever think of when I think of him is this:

I wish Morgana a speedy recovery.
Here in Québec, waiting time at the emergency are also awful. But at least, it's free for citizen.
It's often said that in the US, it cost way more, but services are faster...
And congrats for your leading position amongst District Operations Managers.
Hopefully it will earn you a pay rise.
