Yeah, the "We have to go deeper!" quest has been bugged for a while, if the comments here are anything to go by. The author posted to just continue and it'll correct itself, but I'm down in the gob caves and that quest still hasn't completed lol.
I've only been able to find 4/6 panties in Bum Bum's quest, does anybody know where all of them are? I've been in every house possible as far as I can tell.

the Bandit can be found by interacting with the gate north of town.
The only Roxanne scene right now is a titjob that happens on Tuesday and Saturday nights at the tavern.
Yeah, I'm aware of that oopsie. Right now, the only moments Bum-Bum works after saving Nameless are Monday night inside her shrine, Friday afternoon and Sunday night by the farm lake.

Drop the contents of this file in the game's data folder and it should fix any problems on the newer versions. Use it only if you have the problem tho.
