How to initiate Mature event with pervert patch costume?

Starting near the two dudes standing guard in front of your cell, go far left and then down. Talk to a kobold in a small holding cell on the right while wearing the patch.

How do you initiate the ending? I've already unlocked all of the events in all ages, there's only the ending left and the hint is not helpful at all

If you finished at least 90% of the events (As far as I know, pregnancy events are likely crucial), you should've been given an item called 'Prodigy's Destiny' if you fulfilled the criteria, use the item to forward to the ending.

Can I see your save file? Save your file at least a new slot from 7 and above. You can find the savefiles on the 'www' folder and 'save'

Looks like even with broken MTL english context, I managed to grasp some understanding on the story; this does indeed seem to take place after the events of DKM, after Fatima (DKM Protag) defeated the demon and left their world.

Absolutely depresso expresso, quite a long degrading process that even presents you stats of Selma losing her Knight strength on the status screen on each next age forward in growing.

I have the same problem. Have seen every event listed in the event viewer except the ending and never got any such item

where is the milking station located? i only know that breeding ground is located in the middle of the map, it says besides it so idk which side it supposed to be

So I checked your save and searched every and each critical things that are needed, to my surprise, you did even fulfill the criteria of entering the Experimental Building and witness the Demon that was being brought out; yet still you were not given by the game the item that leads to the ending regardless doing most of the require events.

I had same problem but got item after getting pregnent and giving birth

The MC has a biological procedure on them to turn them into an immortal fuck factory that spits out babies for a very very long time (though it's hinted in one of marupons later games that she finally gets the release of death offscreen thousands of years later).
