Either the tutorial is too vague to follow or I have skill issueIf you check the description of the posts, it says that "if you are too lazy to do it yourself you can buy via (insert site here)"
I think s/he tells you how to do it by yourself and you pay if you don't want to.
I tried translating some descriptions and s/he actually tells some instructions.
Ima try following the instructions tomorrow and if I manage to do it, I will share it here

Though, While I was exploring some ways to make it look as good as Meropanaii's, I actually found 2 different ways to make one looking just as good.

The first one might look a little bad in chara maker but with good lighting it actually looks pretty darn great and is my favorite.

In the end, I changed the NormalScale2 to 0.75 because i like it matte. If you like glossy more, than you can keep it as it is.
The second one takes more time to make but once you do it, you can just copy and paste edits via material editor

Use the search button and try to manually load the map on Studio to see if it appears. Maybe the scene used a different version and the new one has a slightly different name on the mod files.
There's no explanation anywhere. The clue is KKUTS and everything else is crafted. Replicating the shadow and light reflection is the closest thing I could get. Texture is nowhere as detail as his. Well, no surprise since he put extra effort onto the detail and normal map. It's nothing to concern about since you are only able to see the difference if you zoom in.Either the tutorial is too vague to follow or I have skill issue
I'm using KKUSS because it's a 'for dummies' version of KKUTS. Play around with the ShadowPower and Glossiness.
