I have no idea how to progress, the fortune teller just says to talk to Bell when we see her while gathering love. I talked to Bell, but she didn't say anything new. I also seem to be capped at 200 love, but that might be intentional.

Edit: I am a moron, I completely forgot about the red light district

where did you buy the outfit to actually see Bell? I got to the district, but I can't find a vendor to buy the outfit to complete the scene...

Are you sure you went to the Red Light District? That's not the one to the right, it's the one accessible at night in the center of town (during the day a thug will grope you at the entrance).

go to the shop at night (it is under the barracks) there have many costume in there. If you still don't have it you can unlock all costumes in recollection room pull the red switch

so throughout the ending all i could think was...so when do i get those lust 301 scenes? (as the start to the ending caps you at 299) and once i endure it and get the END? I get the starting text about a holy woman and then perma black screen, with the only option being quitting the game wth

restart the game and continue your last save, you will continue the game as if you have used the clock given at the end, and you will have the choice to open the bottle of love
