Long story short ( not the game ), milf tag is for sexual content, considering this game doesn't have sexual content yet, it doesn't apply. It can be added to the Planned or Future tags, because that contents will be in the game in future update. When such content is added to the game, use the Report function to notify the moderators about additional or removal of tags. Probably the person who "owns" this thread can also edit it himself. I'm pretty sure there are some other ways, better ways too but these are what I am currently aware of. Hope that helps.

Your game looks nice but without future tags;
which fetishes are planned, which will be optional, and which will never be in the game, I won't play it until it is finished.

It sounds like you plan on putting a lot of work into the characters and that is usually a big draw in VN's but too many developers have ruined their game or LI's with unwanted fetishes so many of us ask first.

Most developers already know what fetishes they like and want to put into their game so your unwillingness to be honest with us sets off a lot of red flags, especially if you will leave it up to others to make those decisions for you. If you are clear from the beginning about the fetishes then people will stop asking and your intended audience will be able to find you and support you.

Just got around to finishing the update, and ngl I like quite a bit how the game's narrative is shaping up to be.

Things really ramped up for the better with Richard's arrest and MC finding the whole Breaking Bad revelation; and I have to say, Isabel and Callista have become my favorite characters (though I'm totally interested in Annika too!).

Sandbox also seems pretty easy enough and not really grindy which does make going through the game a more relaxed experience which is good.


Couple of questions for Onyx Decadence.


1) The banner in the thread's OP has 7 characters iirc; Claire (DA), Isabel (chemist), Callista (model), Riley (stepmom), Elizabeth (stepsis), Mila (close friend), and the last girl that I don't remember seeing in this chapter 1 (unless I totally forgot).
I'm guessing she will get introduced in chapter 2?


2) How many LIs in total will there be, including the 7 listed above (as per in the banner), there's also Annika, the Swedish exchange student who also shows up in the game's main menu; so I'd imagine she'll at least be a significant role to some degree.

So I guess that makes it 8?
Is that all the LIs confirmed or are more coming in the future chapters?


3) In the early game, we receive points in which we can distribute to the MC. Will we have points in every chapter where we gain points, and we can distribute them, I guess like....... RPG games?


4) Regarding the distributing the points, I just ended up putting them equally to each attributes (so starting with 5 points for each).
There is a part in the event with Isabel (where she first checks Richard's lab with MC), where MC says "I wanted to ask..." but there are no options with the following screen;

Tbh, I have no idea where I can check the MC's stats.
As I said above, I started with 5, but by the time I got around to first talking with Callista, it seemed my MC's charisma rised to 7, being able to persuade her to tell him whether she takes drugs or not.
Would be nice if there was a section of the game where we could keep tabs on them.


5) Will there be events in the story where there's chance to increase the stats of the MC; in whichever direction the player chooses, i.e. attribute that they feel they didn't invest enough on?


Anyway, kudos on the first release which is quite engaging.
Don't think there's lot of games out there in AVN-sphere which deal with this matter, so I gotta say it was refreshing.
Will keep following the game for future updates.

I totally get what you mean. Previous comments advised to more or less keep to my own vision. And I do have a clear direction where I wanna take it.
It’s not that I don’t want to be honest but for the last week I’ve been devoting my attention to my “day job” and thus have had a lot less time to focus on these aspects in the forum, like tags, for example. What time I have had, I’ve spent on creating renders etc. I’m still rather new to how things work here.

Yes, there will be certain events that will let you add additional attribute points. Currently I'm thinking to add enough events to max out at least one attribute. Max being 10. But I will see how balanced it is further in the game.

Thanks for the comment and advice. I'm definitely willing to share the fetishes, planned or otherwise, But since the release I've been focusing on my "day job" for the last week, so I've been rather busy with that and haven't had the time to iron out things in the forum, like making a full list of fetishes and adding them or reading all the threads about posting etc. What time I've had, I've spent focusing on creating renders for the new update.
I had a general idea of what fetishes I'll want in the game before release, but I thought that perhaps it's a good idea to have some wiggle room. Since release, I've had numerous comments sort of advising against giving a lot of control to "popular opinion". Thus, I heed the warning.
So, within the next days, I will come up with the full list, contact the thread owner, We'll talk about how to add them. That should clear up things. Thanks, again

I'm glad you'll be adding events that will add additional attribute points; yeah, I know fault is on me for not putting more on Intelligence atribute and decided to even it out, but ngl, a little bit bummed that I missed out on that Isabel dialogue option.
Guess those future points adding decisions will be more towards intelligence, lol

So far, several times, girls seem to have checked off based on Charisma points (Mila, Riley) and once or twice with Intelligence (Isabel).

Hence, here are further questions;

1) With every single attribute, will there be at least 1 or more LI whose dialogue option will be reliant on that stat?

For e.g. Street Smarts & Intimidation haven't been used in this first Chapter.
Will we see a LI who we see having more dialogue option with that street smarts (LI like how MC thinks on his feet and how more smart at he is in earning money)?
Same case with Intimidation (with aggression, perhaps the LI like things rough, and MC being quite aggressive actually turns them on or something?)

2) Will we see a LI just use the one attribute or will we see them use a second attributes?

For e.g. Isabel, we have additional dialogue with Intelligence.
Will we ever use Charisma attribute with her as well?

As for Elizabeth, perhaps Charisma and Street Smarts?

Such combos (each LI being different mix) might be interesting I think.

The save folder automatically generated comes up as folder name "UnnamedGame-1649265338", but for players who play several Renpy games (like myself and many others), it can be difficult to keep track of games saves when the save folder is named entirely differently.

Save folder named like FindingCloud9-1212121453 or CloudNine-456484521 etc (what I stated are just examples, I'm just saying something similar to game's title would be easier for the player to find the saves).

The attributes won't be necessarily for one specific character or another. Each character will have specific moments with specific dialogues that will use different attributes. Based on the situation. Think of it similar to baldurs gate 3 or fallout.

In certain situations, you'll be able to gain some advantage or pass the situation in a different manner based on your stats. An example: there is an event where you're about to get into a fight with some asshole, intimidation attribute will give you an alternate way of passing the fight, without bloodshed, Or with charisma check you can also pass the fight without bloodshed but again, a different variation. In some cases the differences might even be multiple renders or animations.

Overall not a bad VN, not sure the whole drug traficking is my cup of tea, but I did like how the story was written, the renders look really good and the characters are pretty well done. I'll look out for future updates how it all will go, though it was sad to see he got so easy lost in the end. Losing the money and his pick-up, all to his crappy step dad's fault. So i'm not sure how it will go further, since he has no ingredients, nor money to bail out his step-dad, nor the knowledge to produce drugs, it looks really a grim future for him.
