The way words are pronounced depending on various factors in any language, even you write with the same characters. Like saying "I will read all the books I have already read".
The machine translator likely has trouble working with a proper name instead of a simple word in a dictionary. Since it works each sentence individually, it will create a new solution in the context of that sentence, and it might come up with the same answer each time.
anyway, I think that this girl should get at least a little discouraged by those tags.

Is the MTL using 1.0? There was a bug that cause some story arc to stuck near the end in the JP version.

e.e might as well just not have the preg ending and release it as is... just wasting mega/gigabytes doing all that just for an ending. if you don't want to have preg content that is fine, but dont just shove it in the game like it's flavor text, especially when it seems the mosaics are heavy in this one (guys)...

Because all 3 of those are "correct" readings of her name.
Take a common last name in Japan: 中田. That name can be spelled/pronounced as Nakata or Nakada. Both are correct readings of that name, and there are tons of people with both variations of that name. The only way to know which is correct is to ask the person. That's why most forms in Japan that ask for a person's name have a place to write it both normally and phonetically.
If you look on DLsite, the girl's name in the description is listed first normally, and then phonetically (It's Akane). Because the dev wants to be clear what her name is, because other Japanese people might not know how to pronounce her name.
