So I have to restart and really don't want to grind through from the beginning. I heard there are remade saves available? Can anyone tell me how to access those?
I tried to transfer my saves from the V4 to the new V5.1, but nothing happens. The saves from the previous don't register, which is a huge bummer. I don't want to have to redo it all again!
so I couldn't figure out how to save scum, but somehow I fixed the Mac saving issue. Download that file that the dude posted a few pages ago with the .4 release save and put it into Library/Saved Application State/io.nwjs.nwjs.savedState

So far with all the changes that this game has gotten, i say changes as it has changed from what I remember playing in the past, is the barmaid job. Though I love that it is random on where the customers are and the like but the place is huge and the time frame is so small that it is virtually impossible to get over 19 customers easily as before so in essence I am having issues getting the new scenes other than talking to some customer after the shift. She no longer can leave the bar drunk as I seem to remember from before meh would be better if the bar area that had customer spawns was smaller or to have areas were one can get extra beer from in the mid points of sections of the larger common room

Regarding the save games. I noticed all my saves from playing 0.5 were not showing up like others noticed also. It seems the 0.51 version from here overwrites the config.rpgsave and global.rpgsave. I managed to get access of my save games by doing a restore of both menitioned files (yeah, yeah, I had a backup of an adult game... that's called paranoia 
). I don't know any other solution.
Possible solution?! Didn't try that. Copy your saves out of the save folder (only the saves not the config.rpgsave and the global.rpgsave. Then start the game and do a save in every slot. After that close the game and copy the save files back into the save folder. Now you should have access to them?!
