The issue is that the forum rules state it should be labeled as either on hold (it was for a while, not sure why it changed) or abandoned (which is if the game hasn't been updated within a time limit of 3 months IIRC).
Maelion got pissed about it being labeled as on hold and abandoned, since they consider themselves to be actively working on the remake version of it. They also refused to say this version is completed, which would be the correct tag by my understanding of the definition, since a remake isn't just an update to the game.

Cyberslayer is his baby now which is why ppl wont join his patreon like all the others creating its just a cash grab
Revising certain mechanics, enhancing the existing scenes and possibly adding a few new scenes takes time. Especially when Maelion is working on an Actual New Game. Not to mention, needing to eat, sleep, and most likely work a Job of some sort. Since I doubt they make enough off Patreon. So no, this isn't "abandoned" because like others have said, progress is being made to introduce new and improved content.
It would be one thing if Maelion had said, "I promise to deliver X, Y and Z by the end of March" and did not deliver. You'll just have to keep waiting a bit longer to Pirate the game. The horror.

He absolutely did say that. For more than two years saying 1.0 is coming by the end of the year and he will tie everything up. Than he changed his tune last year to redoing and enchaining everything. So the abandoned tag is very appropriate here because we have seen nothing from him for Leridia for over two years.
Personally I am fine with him not working on it. Leridia has more content than most finished games on the site and its practically finished. I would rather Maelion spend all his time on CyberSlayers now.

Maelion never dropped this game, and it is far from being abandoned (not even sure why it is marked as such tbh). That game being functionally complete for over a year now and that the only works are just polish/remaster here and there... Still he is working on it every now and then.
Time and time again self-entitled kids like you think that free stuff you take allows you throw diss at people pouring thousands upon thousands of hours of hard work into something...
And before you come and defend your statement, don't bother, you go to a clothing store and just steal the clothes and then come back if the color/material/size doesn't fit your needs?

I was taking a break while working on Leridia when I read these lines. Thank you for understanding. Yes, it takes a long time to review everything, but it will be worth it. You can't remaster a game in a week, and many things I did back then show that I lacked experience. I'm correcting things gradually. Right now, I'm working on the Kamelia Forest.

I'm stuck at The Rise quest, don't know what to do after having found the cloak and read the clues for password(s?)
I've been walking back and forth for about an hour now, trying to find the Hammer for the Medal of Honor quest. And yes, I looked at the walkthrough, where it says go to the room with the entrance to the maintenance room, and I still can't find it.
Not completely true. Sure you can fully play the game yet but cuz Maelion wanna overhaul the whole game with 1.0 it makes no sense to play the game yet if you know you will have to restart the whole game soon.
