Just been playing the demo the scenario and set up are really good and does fit the conditions of the OP. However there are a couple of concerns so I am not sure its 100% NTR I will explain better in the spoiler section.

That ended up being longer than intended I will let whoever reads it decide whether it is NTR or not. I will now just go into the plot and the scenario for the game which is fantastic.

I Actually really like the scenario as it feels like something that could actually happen so its a nice change from a lot of NTR where the plot is super unrealistic. Like either big fat dude has a massive dick with infinite stamina and ends up NTRing a much better looking man with more money. Or a chad like foreigner banging house wives with barely any effort. Also the antagonist is acutally a really great character. MC's mum has certainly got it going on that's for sure . She is also a lot nicer than most NTR antagonists with a more realistic motivation rather than being a complete scum bag. It also does help that the MC isn't really that likable either so it kind of makes you cheer for the antagonist.

Also while the male son is the MC and most of the game is from their point of view it does show the other female main characters point of view and their thoughts which makes the plot really good. The sex scenes aren't animated and could do with extra cg but this game is niche and art is expensive so imo the dialogue and the voice acting make up for it. Basically a lot of games on here do have better sex scenes in terms of looks but lack the voice acting to take it to the next level. All the female VAs are seriously good not too screechy and very erotic. Overall I can't wait for the game to release and for more in its genre to be added.

EDIT: Okay I finished it. nothing more to add as there wasn't much story left before the demo ended. Demo has me hooked since this is so rare within the world of hentai its already one of my favs with just the demo.

Okay found another game and its on this website.

This doesn't meet most conditions as its not an antagonist but a new female friend to the female MC. However about 80% of the game is straight sex and the female friend called Asana is bisexual rather than a lesbian. Asana just loves fem MC and doesn't want to hurt the Fem MC's male partner. You as the player have to make the choice to hide your relationship from the male partner and to pursue Asana yourself. What I would suggest you do is find the post on the thread that has an up to date save then you can watch the lesbian scenes yourself. The gallery system for the game is excellent just remember to pick the Asana gallery for the lesbian NTR. If you play the game yourself it will take you a while to get to the scenes you are interested in. The lesbian sex is good and both female models are attractive I would at least give it a try.

I got it. The game comes with a pdf where you can read the entire story if you didn't want to play the game.

As for the game itself, because it runs on Javascript, Textractor has a hard time extracting/translating text. Wish there was an easier way of playing this. Premise is interesting.

Thanks for pointing this out it really sucks its not compatiable with textractor and there is no voice acting. My listening is pretty good so I could have got around the lack of translation but the combination of the two missing makes it really hard. So in essence we need to extract the text from the pdf and run it through the translator. Not an easy way to read it at all unfortunately.

How is the story though? The premise seems a little strange if I understand it right. The jealous otaku female seems to rape the long brown haired woman who is enaged into submission out of jealousy? I guess it does meet the conditions from the OP of this thread where its a villianous female NTRing a man.

I think I will support this game either way since its their first big game and they don't have much support currently. It would be great to see this creator make a follow up game with voice acting.
